Aid stations will be available every 2 miles for the full and half  marathon and at the 5K turnaround point. Fluids will include water and  electrolytes. Runners are encouraged to wear or carry bottles or fluid belts if needed more frequently. Nutrition will not be provided at aid  stations. 

There is a 6 hour time limit on the Marathon and no time limit on  the Half Marathon.  Time limits are set to provide the safest and most positive race day experience. You must be on the second loop of the marathon at 3 hours race time.
